Japanese Men’s Rhythmic Gymnastics Committee has opened a YouTube Channel (JAPAN Men’s RG) and uploaded demo routines they created for USA Gymnastics (Xcel Level A). They include notations on the required elements. These examples would help new clubs to start a Men’s program.

The USA has started Men’s Rhythmic Gymnastics officially with the USA Gymnastics publishing the Code of Points (required elements part). Their Code of Points has been developed collaboratively with the Men’s Rhythmic Gymnastics Committee of the Japanese Gymnastics Federation. Go to their Rhythmic Xcel website to find it out.
